Awaleba is excited to announce the Outdoor African Market, offering a distinctive platform for Black Owned businesses to exhibit their brands, products and services and engage directly with the community they serve. Awaleba African Market’s outdoor event on Sunday 9th June is not just an opportunity to showcase your business- it is a partnership. As we host, we invite you to help us spread the word and share the flyer with friends, family and followers. Together, we can make this event truly special ☺
We require documents public liability insurance (for every vendor) and food hygiene certificate if you are selling food. If you do not have this ready now, please ensure you email it to [email protected].
· We’ll not include personal email, postal addresses or telephone numbers on video, our social media platforms, or in printed publications and advertising.
· We may use group or class images with very generic labels
· We may use the image in literature unrelated to when the picture was actually taken.
We’ll retain your consent form for five years but reserve the right to store and retain the images/recording in our archive indefinitely.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
The cost of each stall is £45. If you book two tables at the same time the cost is £40 per table.
For your booking to be considered, you MUST fill in the APPLICATION FORM and payment MUST be paid in full at the point of booking. This does not guarantee a stall; confirmation will be sent by the organisers between the 20th May 2024-26th May 2024 (latest).
If your application is not successful, full payment will be refunded.
NB: You will need to bring your own table cloth – PLEASE DO NOT bring an elasticated table cover as the stalls are wooden market stalls. You should bring a non elasticated piece of clothe (6ft-10ft).

Social Media Consent
Please note that by completing this form you consent for the use of social media (photographic images, audio) to be taken at the event and published without any other personal identifiers to be published on Awaleba Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter or other social media outlets and publications?

· Your consent (to the publications of your images) can be withdrawn at any time.
· Your images/recordings will not be used for any other purpose without your further consent.
The contact information you have provided will only be used to contact you about these images.
